Please add a heat pack if needed to your cart- I will use thermal on all orders in the winter months, but can't be held responsible for cold damage. Not responsible for lost packages or shipping damage that is not caused by my packaging. Unboxing video required to help determine such things. I will help with any claims if package is mishandled/lost by UPS/USPS. Please understand that a little yellowing or unhappiness can be normal from shipping- if you have any issues with your plants upon arrival please let me know!!!
