Please add a heat pack to your order if your weather is cold. I will use insulation at no cost, but if you want a heat pack you need to add it to your order- not responsible for cold damage caused from shipping.
Not responsible for lost packages or shipping damage that is not caused by my packaging. Unboxing video required to help determine such things. I will help with any claims if package is mishandled/lost by UPS/USPS. Please understand that a little yellowing or unhappiness can be normal from shipping- if you have any issues with your plants upon arrival please let me know!!!
