Please add a heat pack to your order if your weather is cold. I will use insulation at no cost, but if you want a heat pack you need to add it to your order- not responsible for cold damage caused from shipping.
Not responsible for lost packages or shipping damage that is not caused by my packaging. Unboxing video required to help determine such things.
